Apeks Agro was founded in 2022 by individuals. The main direction of the company is the cultivation, processing and sale of cotton fiber. This activity is carried out on leased, as well as on farm land. For this activity, there is the necessary agricultural equipment: cultivators, seeders, tractors and other necessary equipment, including cotton harvesters of the American company John Deer. The company practices futures financing of farmers in order to further purchase raw cotton from farmers.
The plant was purchased from the Turkish company ADAMAK, Adana city and was fully assembled and installed by September 2022.
Employees and staff of Apeks Agro have many years of experience in the cultivation, care and processing of cotton, as well as its further sale to countries such as Turkey, Pakistan, Eastern Europe, etc.
The company also sees its goal as a further increase in production volumes due to the sowing of cottonseeds and an increase in the volume of processing. In the future, the possibility of installing a plant for the production of oil from cotton seeds is being considered.
The main products obtained in the process of processing are cotton seeds and cotton fiber. We are also considering the possibility of further obtaining cotton yarn from our own cotton fiber in order to provide the textile industry of Azerbaijan.
